About this feature

When using an Enterprise Compliance Dashboard (ECD), an ECD admin can invite a persona to manage one or more specific locations. Additional restrictions can be applied to each location to restrict functionality such as downloading data.

Usage notes

  • Requires an ECD. The location must be attached to one or more Enterprise Compliance Dashboards (ECDs) for this feature to work.

  • Check-in data downloads. When enabled, the location manager will not be able to download check-in data for the location.

  • Activating or topping up. When enabled, the location manager will not be able to activate or top up the activation period for the location.

  • Settings access restrictions. When enabled, critical settings such as health questionnaires, notifications, etc will be disabled for the location manager.

Using this feature

  1. Head to the location overview page

  2. Click the "Edit location" button

  3. Find and expand the "Advanced" tab

  4. Modify the "Restricted ... access" checkboxes as required

  5. Hit the "Save" button
