About this feature
You can capture a person's residential postcode in the checkin form in order to satisfy government guidelines requiring this information to be collected. You can also provide a list of postcodes to permit or reject people from entering a location.
Usage notes
- Australia only. The postcode collection feature verifies Australian postcodes only. Reach out if you require this feature in your country and we'll expand it.
- Postcode filtering (whitelist). Optionally, provide a list of postcodes that allows access to only the postcodes in the list. All other postcodes are rejected.
- Reverse postcode filtering (blacklist). Optionally, turn the list of postcodes into a blacklist meaning all postcodes except those in the list will be accepted.
- Address supersedes postcode. If the address capture feature is turned on, the address will be asked instead of the postcode and no filtering will occur.
