There are two ways for one person to check-in other people; checking in multiple people together or checking in other people.

What if my staff didn't see the person's check-in page?

Ask the customer to check in again and show your staff the check-in screen. The check-in process takes approximately 30 seconds and duplicate check-ins being logged in your database won't impact your business' compliance.

My customer made a mistake, can they fix it?

Yes. On the check-in screen there is a link that says "I made a mistake". this will allow the person to edit their check-in details within a file minute time period from when the check-in was submitted. There are no limits to how many editions can be made during the five minutes. If more than five minutes has elapsed, ask the person to check-in again with the correct details as duplicate check-ins being logged in your database won't impact your business' compliance.
